We had originally planned on using another company for carpet, I was very satisfied with the person I had spoken to and satisfied with the products. When our realtor referred us to you, I called out of courtesy. To be honest, you completely blew me away at our first conversation - I was in shock that anyone out there was as service oriented as you were showing me. Having worked as a project manager in the commercial real estate development business for several years, I have extreme experience with suppliers and contractors and rarely have I been so utterly impressed. Upon visiting your show room, I was ready to fall on the floor from the selection you showed me! The quality and selection was amazing and the product line you recommended was beautiful. When you gave me prices, I couldn't believe that you could perform to my level of expectation for that price. Quality is also a huge issue with us as we have a 2-year-old toddler and a 16-year-old dog who will be on this carpet! I am confident that the products you supplied us with will be in this house for a very long time.
You are to be commended and I completely understand why you have been in business for so long! Not only do I have the most amazing carpet and tile, incredible quality, and an unbelievably low price; the products were delivered so fast it was amazing - and personally delivered! Even after your job was done, your service level surpassed anything I've ever seen again by introducing me to some of the most talented contractors I've ever seen in my life! You gave me a carpenter who is beyond gifted and an electrician who is a magician! I worked for an electricial subcontractor and in the 500 plus electricians I worked with, NONE were as detailed, knowledgeable, or talented as your friend.
During my construction, my husband was also travelling frequently so I was alone with a toddler most of the time. The trust level I had with your crew and the contractors you recommended is also commendable, there was never a question in my mind that each one of them were welcome to have their own key to our home and could come and go as they pleased. They each became a part of our family and my daughter is still asking about them. The carpet installers actually performed their work while we were on vacation and upon returning home, I was so pleased and amazed at the clean-up and detail work.
Not only do I recommend you to anyone and everyone, I have posted your information on our community website, and will be doing more business with you as I finish our basement in the coming months. There is no question in our minds, we will be work ing with you!
